Resident Evil 5 is an action-packed survival horror classic developed and published by Capcom that pushes the franchise into high-octane, sun-drenched intense action. Set years after the collapse of the Umbrella Corporation, the story follows veteran BSAA agent Chris Redfield as he travels to the fictional African region of Kijuju to investigate a bio-organic weapon threat. Joined by local BSAA operative Sheva Alomar, the duo discovers that the local populace has been infected by a new, horrifying parasite known as “Las Plagas 2,” leading to encounters with aggressive Majini hordes, gigantic mutated behemoths, and the return of iconic series antagonist Albert Wesker.
